Accomodation is based on a bed & breakfast in a superior room and includes usage of a fitness centre and wi-fi internet.

Prices include sojourn tax and VAT.

Terms of cancellation:

Cancellation of the paid arrangement can only be done in written form (e.g. by e-mail).
The date of receipt of the notice will be the basis for the calculation of notice costs, as follows:

  • for cancellation from 14 to 8 days before the Conference the Organizer retains 40% of the arrangement costs
  • for cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the meeting the Organizer retains 80% of the arrangement costs
  • for cancellation from 3 to 0 days the participant is not entitled to a refund, as well as participants who have not canceled their arrival in written form.
